Don's D.I. Auto and Truck Service

I was traveling through Las Vegas with my motorhome towing my jeep that i've been having problems with (cutting out and missing) and I wanted to get it fixed before I got to my final destination, not knowing where I'd have it fixed at that point. Paul was professional as I walked in the door, I used a Groupon and informed him, and it wasn’t a problem! The waiting room was super clean with big comfy leather couches/chairs! Oil service was quick and top notch! I ????% recommend this shop for you next oil change. Service: Oil change

Sorry to say this but Don you had a chance to make a still ongoing horrible experience right. His background for any that care to read it otherwise skip to the next break in paragraph to conclude: I went in for a simple brake pad replacement and was advised that the time of intake that I was pre-approved for up to an amount beyond what was required to do the job. Later on when the vehicle is ready a payment to be rendered it was discovered that the financing but I was pre-approved for when in fact not available due to the financier system not being one they are established with. The clerk at the auto shop indicated that it was in no uncertain terms not his problem and that if I wanted my vehicle back I had to pay the cost. this in turn necessitated me having to Scurry around town trying to get the money to get my vehicle back. All this happening at 525pm on Friday a memorial day holiday weekend! I was unsuccessful in my efforts until the following Tuesday. As a consequence my spouse
