I dropped off my vehicle at one o'clock in the afternoon and the attendant told me it would be ready in 3 hours for my oil change. So I took Uber. I went to my house to wait for my wife to come back from work, I came back. The attendant told me that he would call me when the car was ready and he didn't call me. when it was 5:15 pm, I started calling the store, nobody answered me. At 5:28 pm the attendant answered the phone and told me that the car it would only be ready the next day. Then I heard that the car was not ready and I need my car to work the next day. A lot of irresponsibility from the manager named Frank and an attendant named Clemente. They wouldn't call me they wouldn't let me know just leave my car at the shop and and I would be without my car. The old manager Davi was much better and the attendant Edgar is much more responsible, they never did that to me.
