Got the FREE oil change flyer, made the appointment, said it was not entered. Waited 30 minutes, got in, could not get oil filter off. Changed oil and said needed 3 new tires. Do not trust the technician, will never return.
Really nice people. I was leaving work and saw I had a flat tire in the parking lot. Took my car in. They got right to work on the tire and had me out the door in 15 minutes. Highly recommend.
The customer service was amazing!! They literally are so helpful! Went as far as showing me stuff that needed to be done just so that I know exactly what they were talking about. Natalie was so great with every single customer that came in as well! Definitely will be back for other needs!
