Personally, Hector is very nice, but I believe QA needs to occur. He repaired/painted the front bumper. First glance looks nice. I get home, well, look at the pictures just below the running light on the edge. Very poor. On a final note, when having your car repaired, ensure all your parts are reinstalled. This was the most stress free auto service encounter I have ever had. The owner and his wife communicated clearly with me the entire time, gave me accurate timelines, and made working with the insurance company very simple. They were also friendly and welcoming, unlike many auto shops that make you feel rushed. Just got my car back and it looks fabulous. When the owner called to tell me the car was ready, I told him I was under the weather and would have to pick it up later, and he delivered it to my house! Service above and beyond. I was in An absolute rush on Saturday to get my passenger van door to shut properly (wasn’t aligning properly). Bekah was incredible on the phone, so I booked it to their shop. Polo took a look at the problem and started cranking away! Job complete! Thank you so much ???? Great price, great service. Will definitely be back.
