If I could leave no star I would. DO NOT be scammed by their ridiculous up selling. Went in for ONE problem and left paying $1000 MORE than what was NEEDED. Understood the recommendations and was assured my car would be done in a day. Would not have agreed to the service knowing it would’ve been this crazy if of process. One day turned into 3! DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION. Horrible service by Dean. 10/10 do not recommend. If it’s an emergency and you have not choice but to go here, see Craig or Nathan. Service: Steering & suspension repair
I was in Henderson from out of town and had trouble with my vehicle's AC system. I was able to schedule service the next day via on line appointment and the service was complete within one hour. Tyler, the auto technician, and Dean in the office were outstanding. Services: Auto A/C recharge, Air conditioning
Nate is the greatest human, so kind and so flexible with timelines and adjustments. He was always there when I needed to talk to him and he made me feel like i was heard even when they were super busy! I would recommend this location over any shop around!!
