Sin City Performance

I am sorely disappointed at how I ended up being ignored by this business. I called trying to schedule a service and get a quote and I was told that I would receive a call back regarding the quote. It has been a week and I have called three times. Have I gotten a call back? No. I love supporting others and businesses, but it pains me that I did not get a good experience. This shop probably does an incredible job on customer vehicles, but I am saddened that I can't even get a simple call back. I feel like I was taken advantage of and I have scheduled with another business to help me. Its a shame, it really is.

Took my modified 2006 Pontiac Solstice ( LS3 Hot Cam Engine ) to Sin City Performance yesterday. ( March 24 2021 ) To have a heat shield installed on my starter.( I provided heat shield ) They are very friendly and accommodating. Chris the G.M. is a real schmoozer and treats you like he's known you for years. After dropping the car off. Got a call couple hours later, telling me the exhaust manifold on the passenger side would have to be removed in order to get the starter off ( I already knew this ). Said it would be more than than a $200. fix. I should have asked... How Much More? But having had my crankshaft senor ( you have to remove both exhaust manifold and starter to replace the crankshaft sensor ) and camshaft senor replace by CarMedic Auto Repair and Restoration in Las Vegas, for $301. ( both parts & labor ) I didn't think it would be much more than a hundred or so more. So I'm sure you can imagine my shock when Chris called, said the car was ready and the bill was $780. The
