I brought my car in for a oil change and it was idling kinda loud I was then given this huge list of repairs they claimed needed to be done today I declined the repairs due to the car running and starting just fine. When I came to pick my vehicle up I was convinced by Brandi that they recommended those repairs so my car would be in good condition I wouldn't have to worry about I would have peace of mind and not need to worry about braking down. Reluctantly I applied for financing and paid 1200 for the repairs. 2 days later I broke down on the other side of town the car won't start I walked 3 lights to buy a battery thinking it would be a easy fix finally the car started I was able to get it home then it completely stopped starting ive driven this car for over two years and it has always started first try and strong. So I did some research on my make and model and found that their is a flaw in the design when the oil change is done sloppy oil leaks from the oil filter into the starter c

The Service was great and always has been when ever I go. My only complaint is that the online appointments are not synced with the store. I made an appointment online and they knew nothing about it when I went in for the appointment. I ended up having to wait longer due to other customers being there despite having made the appointment online. They needed to fix the system. If it wasn't for that I would give them 5 stars. Zero Stars really. Made an appointment online the previous day, upon arrival the man at the desk told me they no longer honor appointments and it would be a 90min wait. The man also told us, now that you have to have a physical coupon - texted coupons are no longer valid. I gave him my physical coupon and he still did not give me the discount. Policy changes or laziness? Either way, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
