Kevin and Vincent went above and beyond with their service! From my initial call to checking out and heading on my way. Never have I been to a mechanic shop and felt like I wasn't just a number. They made me feel like I was a member of their family! I know they truly wanted to make sure my vehicle was safe for my littles and I. Thank you all so very much for your kindness.
Kevin, the manager went over and beyond what the service calls for . He had the mechanic adjust my wipers so it won't hit the pillars and he made sure that NY tires were properly torqued . Exceptional service .
I always have a good experience with oil changes. I like the thorough inspection inspection and the suggestions they give as far as potential maintenance or repairs. The desk guy, Kevin, is professional and amiable.
