I’ve had the most wonderful experience at imperial auto the service there was impeccable, but I must single out Susanne she went above and beyond to fix my situation she was mindful to my feelings and my frustration. There are not people like that in the world nowadays, anybody need service you need to take a look into imperial auto, the other guys, the other way to go if you have any problems when you bring it back if there’s no problem with hesitation with evaluating what might’ve went wrong. Shout out again to auto motive, especially susanne love U guys great work.

I came here with no issues with my car a they where trying to tell me ! And I know it’s because I’m an attractive young lady who they thought knew nothing! But I know what prices are for parts a know when people are trying to do nothing but steal from you!! These people are mean to the core

The worst experience from any shop.. ever. Finally have my car back after over 1 year. Yes, over 1 year. Within this 1 year timeframe, they did only 3 repairs: replace my exhaust, replace steering box, and full vehicle rewire (which they did a horrible and incomplete job on). I dealt with Bob initially, who is either clueless or completely lies about what is actually getting done with your car. After they agreed to work on my car, all he did every few weeks to a month when I would call (and I would always have to call, they will never reach out to you on their own) is say "they are working on it, have made some progress, should be a few more weeks". Again, this was the standard for over a year. Exhaust job is bad, i wanted dual, they gave me single and didn't use the provided mufflers I gave them to use. Told me after they completed it. Russel, who runs the shop, made it clear my car was a last priority, and the electrical they did is a shining example of that. Old wires and c
