Gil's Automotive Services Center

This place is great. I had a issue with discount tire messing up and cross threading my lug nuts. They thankfully paid for and referred me to Gil’s. The employees were looking up what place to send me to and one of the employee’s under his breath said to the other one “ This is the only place left we can trust to actually do the job right” and boy they did. They are friendly and honest with people. I head while waiting on my work one of the employee answer the phone and was telling the customer to be honest we may not be able to do( whatever he said I don’t know much) but if you bring it in I will be will to see if we can do it free of charge, I just don’t want to waste your time. You don’t hear that very much anymore in shops. I will definitely be coming back for sure. Thank you guys so much I appreciate all you do.

I have complete confidence and trust in Gil's. They're honest and competent in their automotive service.

Went in for scheduled appointment and they refused to do the work requested claiming it needed other things in conjunction with known issue. Then I was promised an estimate and it's been over a week and still no pricing, which has been accompanied by a friendly reminder and was told to call back by "x" date and STILL nothing. VERY sad about this as to they came highly recommended but I was personally let down.
