Big O Tires

Came out this morning to a flat tire, as in flat and resting on the rim. Triple AAA came, put on the little spare, and then I called Big O on Boulder Hwy. Walter said: come on in, we'll take care of you. And that's exactly what they did! Flat tire repaired, little spare was refilled with air and reinstalled at the back of my car, and they sent me on my way. I'll be returning for all my tire needs!

Wish I could give zero. I have been to this business two times now and both times they showed their extreme lack of customer service. Yesterday I called about a check engine light and the receptionists was very kind, and concerned, and told me to bring it in the morning. However, when I got to the shop there are no receptionists. I stood at the counter for five + minutes as 3+ shop workers walked past me without speaking. I decided to call and got an answer from somebody in a back office. I asked if there was anyone available to help me. I told him I’ve been standing at the front counter for about 5-10 minutes waiting for somebody. His reply “you’ve not been standing there for five minutes I’m in the back office. I’ll be out shortly.” Once he came out, he didn’t even greet me, just proceeded to say, what can I do for you? When I told him I called yesterday about the check engine light. He proceeded to say that he can’t do a check engine diagnostic today. Then I told him I already kno

My experience with this location is excellent always, and my favorite mechanic is Ryder l am a senior citizen and he is very patient with me. This is where l go for all my car needs.
