Great local shop to deal with. Amazing work by Westfield Autoworks on my 2012 Mercedes E350. They quickly identified an issue with the oil cooler on my vehicle. The issue was fixed and I had my car back quickly. I also had them set me up with some maintenance so they took care of an oil change, brakes and a couple other items. Thanks again. Went in because the heat in my car wasn't working & Javier the owner quickly made time to have it checked out. Hector the mechanic diagnosed the problem within minutes, I had bubble pockets in the tubing which wasn't allowing the hot air to make its way through the vents. I came back after work and it was ready to go. They even checked the rest of my cars fluids and made sure I was good to go. I had them do my back brakes later in the week and they gave me a great price on them. What I like about W. Auto works is that they gave me options, they worked with me. I honestly do not get this kind of service at some shops I've been to before. I will certainly be back, the shop manager Mark always kept in communication with me so I didn't have to wait for a response about my car and you can't beat that kind of service in my opinion. Excellent service by experienced technicians. Brake and air conditioning work on my BMW was great- good prices and rapid turnaround. The shop is very clean and well organized. Highly recommended. Services: Tires, Auto A/C recharge, Brakes, Oil change
