I brought my 2000 Jeep Cherokee in this morning bc the place I had an APPOINTMENT told me it would be SEVERAL hours before they could diagnose and fix the AC. I said "no thank you". Several hours? Any way, I called Al's place from the parking lot of the other "brand name" place. I pass Al's everyday and thought "why not"? He said "come on in". An hour later my AC was kicking out nice cold air and I was able to get ahead of my schedule because I wasn't sitting somewhere waiting for hours. Thanks Al!
My wife and I have been going to Al's (& Phil his brother) for many years. We trust them fully and they are extremely honest and fair in pricing. Got a customer for life.
Al and his brother are great I like the service they offer they have always been good to me. As lifetime mechanics they have a lot of experience and skill to offer the customer. I find them a better deal than Pep Boys who go by store policy a little too much when it comes to prices and policy and sometimes have inexperience mechanic.
