I took my truck in for a simple oil change and left their place happy with the service. Later that day my “hood latch open” alarm started going off constantly along with my check engine light now on and my remote start won’t work. I brought the truck back the next day to tell them what was going on and now they want to charge me for the repair which they caused. I’m not one to try and get free stuff but if you damage someones property and want to keep them as a customer you should probably do your best to make them happy. This is the first time I’ve ever felt the need to write a review on a business so needless to say I’m very disappointed with their service and will never go back there again. Also, the sensor they broke cost $200 without labor. Thanks for the $300 oil change. Service: Oil change

Defensive attitude, difficult to schedule and primes you for hefty expenses. I've spent 1000s of dollars at this shop over the years and the treatment is no better. I recently switched shops for these reasons. Was quoted at half the price for an air conditioner (used, labor included) . They also did an oil chance without my consent and didn't change the fuse on a job that it's well know to do so. Instead of mentioning the fuse, I was told there would be several very expensive options it could be (with attitude) after this I wonder how much they have upcharged me in the past. Fixed the problem for $70 at a shop who wants to save me money instead of drain my wallet.

It's hard to find honest mechanics that doesn't BS around but they were helpful and knowledgeable. They don't try to sell you service you don't need an in fact tells you "you don't need that...". Great rates and highly recommended. It's great they are also Subaru specialists!
