Excellent Service! Mike is very thorough in his explanations and as a woman, it's a refreshing change to not have to deal with a condescending attitude. I will definitely be back as it's made pretty clear they are there to help you with your agenda, not theirs!
While I’m sure the mechanics here are fine, the treatment I received based on their feelings about the payer (SilverRock/Carvana). Mike was belligerent with me and I was afraid of him. We drove our vehicle toward home and broke down again. Same problem. I’m unhappy with the service and I’m having to pay out of pocket now. 11 days after I purchased the car. Amazing people!! I didn’t expect to get a text with a comprehensive check. That was a pleasant surprise, even broken down into least concern to major concern. They were not only respectful but super kind and quite affordable for the work that needed to be done. I have gone to the express many times for oil changes and had great success.
