Sullivan Tire & Auto Service

Brought my car in to be checked. They quoted me 4500. Went to another non corporate business and they said Sullivan tried to screw me by fixing things that didn’t needed to be fixed. Ending up paying 1100 instead of Sullivan scamming 4500. Don’t go here

This was our third time using them. Advice, work performed and pricing was warranted. Returned for car inspection. Result:: Way, way overpriced! Claimed our car needed replacement parts that are fine. $854 bill, outrageous labor too. Do Not Use Sullivan!

In the past I have been very pleased. Today, everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful, UNTIL I went to my car and saw that my front hubcaps were gone. I went back to ask about them, viewed techs in the garage looking at each other in question, and then someone told me they were cracked and they were concerned that if they put them on, they would come off on the road. I stated that they were new hubcaps, and was asked if I wanted them put on anyway. I said never mind. I got home, found them in the back of my car, not cracked. The clips had been BROKEN off. They were not brand name, but they did cost something, and I don't appreciate that no one took ownership for this damage. They should have been replaced at no charge.
