I had to take my car in due to the A/C not working and on the first visit I'm told they will perform a diagnostic and put die in the system to locate the issue. I'm told it was the condenser. Gets replaced but 2 weeks later same issue, no A/C. I bring it in for a second time and I'm told they have to diagnose it again and put die for a second time (they charged for this again when it should have been a more thorough inspection the first time, why not honor your work and stand behind it). This time it turns out its the O Rings of the AC lines and the system needs to be drained and recharged ($700 service, didn't wave the diagnostic). System worked for about 2-3 weeks and now I have to go in for a third time because the A/C is dead again...... Services: Auto A/C recharge, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Great experience with an oil change and an inspection. Ken kept my inspection open while I got my registration, which I’d forgotten to do. They provided a ride to and from the dealership and were very communicative throughout the entire process. The only ding is for the price of services. I understand that prices are going up, but $130 seems like a lot.

Outstanding customer service... All staff is very professional and courteous. Special thanks to Michelle that was able to answer all my questions and found the best options for me in getting my new Ridgeline.
