Dupont's Service Center

Although I wasn't completely happy that there were additional services/costs over the original quote to switch the winter/ summer tires, I have no reason to think that additional work wasn't warranted. Dupont's employees are always pleasant to work with and I appreciated the heads-up given to me about observations made on things I should do next for the vehicle--like getting the undercarriage washed because of signs of rust. Something that wouldn't be dollars for Dupont, but instead to help save dollars for me--something I very much appreciate. Finally, their front office and the waiting area are kept very clean and even offer some much needed morning coffee (or hot water for tea drinkers!). Thanks Dupont. : ) Service: Tires

I used to take my Prius for state inspection and regular maintenance. The las time I was very disappointed with the service provided. I knew my car needed new tires and brakes. The quote received was about $5K... The technician that spoke with me said that I needed to trade my car and it was useless. I decided to have another feedback and quote and took it to Garrison automotive. They provided a quote for $1.5K - ny car is back running and passed state inspection!! I would not take any of my cars to Duponts service ( due to customer service and price)

They'll get the job done but are very overpriced. I was told my rotors were warped, but not really a safety problem, so it was up to me if I wanted them replaced with the pads. They quoted me over $1300. I took my car to VIP instead. They gave me an $875 quote to do the same work. They told me my rotors were completely rotting away from the inside out and that it was a safety concern. I'm likely going to avoid DuPont in the future.
