Of the 5ish times I have been at Urgent Care Auto, I have always left feeling confident and more secure about my car - a complete 180° about official dealership repair shops I've visited. Though most of my interactions have been with the front desk who has given me honest feedback, explanations, and encouragement to self-fix easier tasks at home, I have had brief conversations with some of the hands-on workers and even the owner who show the same mentality of providing professional explanations with the care and advice friends give to each other. Recommending Urgent Auto Care is an understatement and is worth the cross town commute I drive for them!

The customer service and attention to detail is second to none. Due to my truck having a lift with powder coated wheels and painted axles I was concerned about a shop damaging the overall appearance. Urgent care went out of there way to protect the finish of the painted areas and educated me on how they would mount my tires without scratching or damaging my wheels. I am a return customer and will be when ever my vehicles need servicing or repair. These guys have always been honest with me and never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. They inspect my vehicles and tell me if they notice any problems and gave me an estimate of what it would cost to repair and they did not try to pressure me into a repair. They left it entirely up to me.
