Certified Transmission

The best thing I can tell you about Certified Transmission is their excellent customer service. I have been in to their shop a couple of times now and they have done a great job, explained things thoroughly and had my car back when they said it would be ready. I needed to get it in recently and Nathan worked me in on a busy Monday morning and had my car back to me by the end of the day. Again, explaining everything and also giving me valuable information to use when I am ready to get a different car in the future. I would highly recommend them!

Certified Transmission was great to work with. Rick, who answered my phone calls, has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. My pickup needed additional work that wasn’t transmission related and they delivered it to the other repair shop for no extra fee. Would recommend and would definitely use again.

Went in for transmission fluid exchange and decided to wait in in the waiting area since it was such a nice space to be in, the set up that invites interaction and independent looking out to Cornhusker highway, music and wonderful staffs. Customer service I experienced and observed were carried out with much respect and appreciation. The environment felt humble and honest. Car has been driving great since service. Also Thank you for the referral to Trade Center Automotive which had no trouble resolving the other repair issues that I needed.
