The Staff at this location consistently provide awesome Customer Service! I was able to make an appointment and get in the next business day. Several other places quoted me 4-5 times higher than Tuffy's or said they didn't have the equipment do the headlight installation on my Jeep. They were on time with my appointment and I was in / out in no time. Service: General repairs & maintenance

The employees only put on their masks if they're directly talking to you, otherwise they are not worn, even when other people are in the waiting area. Due to this fact, I decided to take a walk while my oil change and transmission fluid flush were being done rather than wait in the building. I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. After my hour and a half walk, my car was still not done. I attempted to enter the building and ask about it, but I was not acknowledged at all, nor did the man behind the desk bother to put on his mask. I then went and waited outside the building for another two hours in the cold since clearly no precautions were being taken inside. At this point, it had been three and a half hours since I dropped my car off. I finally went back inside to ask when my car would be ready, and was told they had to order the transmission fluid for my car and were waiting on it to arrive. Nobody had communicated to me that there would be a significant time delay.
