Tracy's Collision Center

This is the second time I've used Tracey's South and I couldn't be more pleased with both visits. Wonderful, professional and friendly staff and fantastic work on the vehicle's!!! I certainly hope you never need a collision center but Tracey's is the one if the need should arise.

I would give them zero if i could! Called to have an estimate scheduled and they asked the insurance company and setup an appointment. After I told them I may have to bring in on my car trailer they said no it would have to be towed. I told them i would get it drivable and bring in. They then became very rude on the phone and refused my business and told me they won't work with my insurance company. Horrible customer service!
