Amazing Service, Exceptional Quality
Lack of communication with each other and customers. Told my brother his total would be a different price on the phone and then when we get there, it's ALOT more than they said it would be. Then when it was time to pay they wouldn't take the full amount from his card and told him to call his bank for such a hastle. So I ended up paying the rest so we wouldn't have to come back A THIRD TIME to get the car. First and last time coming here.
Being from out of town I was lost when finding a place to get major work done on my car. I took a recommendation from my AAA driver to go to The Auto Connection. They treated me well and were upfront with me on cost and due dates. Had my car back in 3 short days after dropping it off!
