Thought an oil change and tune-up would not be expensive services but ended up with the old trick of having these people charging women more than they likely do the bros. Have had that happen elsewhere and apparently didn't learn my lesson of getting an estimate before hand. Didn't think I would need one here cause of the positive reviews. Women need to stay away unless you get some estimates or they will be taking advantage. Service: General repairs & maintenance

My family has been going to Norms for as long as I can remember. I’ve personally been taking my vehicles there almost 20 years. Exceptional service. I was having some major issues with my vehicle a few weeks ago. I broke down in Omaha, but always prefer to take it to Norms. I was able to get it towed to Lincoln, and Ian went above and beyond (as he and his staff always do) to fix the issues I was having. When I say “above and beyond” I’m not exaggerating. He stayed late so I could get a ride to my vehicle (before I towed it there) so he could give me some step by step instructions about checking my fuse box. They’ve always been exceptional there. This was just the most recent time I’ve had to go there. I highly recommend, and I always recommend to friends and family. I’ve always been treated with respect here. My dad used Norm’s and so have I for the past 10+ years. They’re honest and fair. The final pricing is never off from the estimate. I get a call before doing any work that wasn’t agreed to initially. I recommend them to anybody who is looking for a trustworthy auto shop.
