We used Midtown for a repair and the customer service was wonderful! When there was an unexpected broken piece, they called Honda and got it in within that day and still had it finished by the end of my work day to pick up. Not only that, my car was washed, the floor mats cleaned, and it smelled great. I highly recommend Midtown!
Very rude people, called before hand and asked if they do quotes, told me they do, when I get there they tell me they won’t quote my car unless they are fixing it. I didn’t ask them if they would fix it just the quote. Many other better body shops out there that aren’t rude and grumpy for no reason. 0/5 if I can ( keep in mind I offered to pay for the time of the quote so they aren’t working for free)
