I had an awesome experience at this Jiffy Lube there in Lincoln. My daughter & I drove from Denver on Friday night & for whatever reason, the headlights on my daughter’s Jeep went out, therefore, we had to drive with the brights on for half of the trip! LOL Well, that next morning, I Googled places nearby to take it to & I’m glad I chose Jiffy Lube. Very friendly upon arrival & throughout the entire headlight replacement service, super prompt as it took even less time to fix than originally anticipated & reasonably priced too. I’m forever grateful to them because they really helped my daughter & I out when we were in a bind & I would most definitely recommend this location for any of your automotive needs! Thanks a bunch!
Started to change my oil and then let me know the computer wasn't accepting my fleet service agreement. Said there was nothing they could do even when I had the fleet manager saying it was approved on the phone. I'm not overly confident in the service they were going to provide anyhow, when the young lady asked another worker where the dipstick was. 7/12/23 Owner followed up with me to apologize and provide feedback on what happened. Much appreciated.
I loved every minute of my oil change! Everyone was so nice. Daniel took the time to educate me on what oil my jeep needed! Palmer was quick and efficient when changing my oil and Danelle was such a sweetie I felt very comfortable and will definitely be back in the future! Service: Oil change
