Honest, fast and personable. Tom and his team do great work. Passion for cars shows and works to make customers happy. Doesn't do any work without running it by you first. Explains reasoning well and gives you options. You don't have to worry about surprise bills and he stands by his work. Tom is a great person to know for non-car people.
