I've been taking my cars here for almost a decade. They're often busy, but do better work at the most reasonable prices I've found anywhere in town. They just spent a month or so hunting down a transmission control module for me that's on nationwide back order. They managed to track one down, and rescue my used vehicle purchase from being a massive sunk cost. Jeff always goes out of his way to explain exactly what component of the vehicle is failing, why it's important, and how they'll be able to fix it. I can't sing their praises enough. had to get a tire repaired quickly and they were able to get me in and they were awesome friendly and quick and always do a good job

Went here a few years ago and after all the glowing reviews, needed to share my nightmare experience. Needed a diagnosis and went out with one of them who said it was road wear after a condescending look then tried to scam me into believing there was something wrong with a tire. Also made the mistake of letting them change the oil which they charged $300 for, a common trick when a woman comes in, and yelled at each other when I complained. I later learned from a reputable mechanic that they put in the wrong size spark plugs and incorrectly at that. Stay far away cause I doubt they have gotten any better, especially if you are female.
