Firestone Complete Auto Care

I came in a couple weeks ago because my truck (2015 Ram 1500) was overheating. Limped it here because it was the closest to me. Spent a large portion of the day waiting for the car to be inspected, this isn't my issue because they did inform me of the wait. When the looked at my vehicle the added coolant and did flush the system. After all this they told me they could not diagnose the issue and told me I needed to tow it. Had it towed to Sid Dillon where within one hour they told me that the thermostat was put in upside down.

Essentially, I walked away with more problems then I had prior to visiting… If you have a higher end car or like to take care of your car, do NOT go here. First, I scheduled and appointment, dropped my car off, and they did not get to my car because they prioritised the walk-ins over my appointment. So I had to pick my car up and go back the next day which is inconvenient when you work full time. They failed to perform a wheel alignment and I got a very noticeable dent in my drivers door they claim “happened in their parking lot.” They did provide me a refund for the alignment, but neglected to compensate for for the door ding which set me back $120, plus I still had to get the alignment. Very competent and professional. Great customer service. I will be returning next time I need work done on my car.
