For some reason I always seem to get flat tires on the weekend. This location is always able to get me in. The staff is nice and gets things done quickly. Service: Tires

Went in for lifetime alignment. First time was told it needed a new tie rod. Quoted me $400. Went to another mechanic and was charged $100 for the same service. Came back and then was told the steering wheel and column were too stiff to make adjustments. While on the phone the service rep just continued to cut me off and not allow me to ask questions. Very disappointed in the mechanics ability to do the job and the lack of customer service focus during the experience.

Best experience at a mechanic ever even with it being terrible news(engine needs replacing which I can't afford). The guys here went way above and beyond the call of duty helping me out. The first night it was there they called and asked if it would be okay to undo the devil of a knot tying my bikes down since they couldn't fit the car into the shop and thought the bikes might disappear overnight on the street, you want permission to spend an extra hour (uncharged!) Untying and moving my stuff so it doesn't get stolen even though y'all wouldn't be liable, permission granted and much appreciated and then when the repair ended up being something I couldn't afford they talked me through all the recovery equipment I'd need to buy ( not even sold by them) to get her home myself and then they even did all the recovery loading themselves while I sat in the warm car, wind-chill -10° outside! Seriously good guys, wish I would've got their names, think the one my dog loved was Brett or Brent
