Contacted Levander's about having a vehicle towed. Jen answered the phone very promptly and professionally, and was extremely helpful.

My car was in an accident. They did an excellent job on fixing my car. They also worked hard and fast to get my vehicle done as i didn't have another vehicle to drive. Staff was very friendly. Thank you so much for a great experience.

The beginning of my experience was wonderful, I got a quote to repair damages for my vehicle and got in before my scheduled date due to a cancellation, the lady who scheduled me asked if there was any damage I had noticed additionally and I stated my window did not want to work. At time of pick up, I encountered an older lady, who I had to call once I left due to my window not being fixed. She then proceeded to ACT like my insurance and said “I don’t see how your bumper has to do with your window”, I stated to her I had told you guys about it when scheduling and confirmed the message was “lost” in a bunch of notes. She then told me she would have to talk to my insurance and give me a call back, about two days passed and I didn’t receive a call, so I called and the same lady picked up the call. she then proceeded to tell me the same thing again that was that She didn’t see how my front bumper had to do with my window. she was very rude throughout the calls, wouldn’t let me speak and kep
