******PLEASE SEE UPDATE BELOW****** I am EXTREMELY Disappointed in the Service Department/Parts Department - or Lack there of........I've attempted twice already to get an appointment to take care what is now Two Recalls........They don't work on Saturday so for those not residing in Grand Island - **Keep this in Mind** My first attempt was through the Kia App that advised me of the Recall. I submitted a request from the App for the Service Department to contact me. Needless to say - I was never contacted. This last time I made an appointment myself, after having to take vacation hours from my employer. My appointment was set for this Friday. Thankfully I called today to be sure they had all the parts needed for Both of the Recalls. Of course they do not have the parts on hand and are days away from having them.......thus again, I'll need to reschedule once again. Again - I'm Extremely Disappointed. If only getting service work done was as easy as purchasing the car to begin with.....
BUYER BEWARE—After I was talking on phone and texting for 3 days to make sure they had vehicle I wanted Telluride EX, we drove 4.5 hour's for our appointment to see vehicle. They had told us the price that was listed on website. I was planning on trading in my 2020 Sorento but negotiating my trade in value. We were within $250 of agreeing which we had to think about. We went to lunch at Wendy’s and the boss called while we were at lunch—-and said they had given us the wrong figure and car would be $2000. more than quoted . I had even signed paperwork saying if they could come to my figure on trade in which was $1000. lower than CarMax would give me—I felt like they should have stood behind their offer or I would never have driven 4.5 hours—from Wichita, Ks. I just want everyone to be aware of their practices. Buyer beware and they still had the same price on website for over 4 hours later.
Asked for new wiper blades and car washed. I got in car at 3 pm and checked my receipt . No wipers were on invoice. I had to call and Javier said they did not have any in stock, would have been totally fine had I been notified/told they had to order some. I had to call to find out about wiper status. Then asked about car not being washed, it was blamed on person bringing my car back to me. Passing on blame not cool, take responsibility and follow through with top customer service even if there were problems, chance to make not happy customer to an understanding customer.
