Grand Auto Sales

I can't overstate how much I hate dealing with sales, especially used vehicles. That being said buying from Grand was easily the best used-vehicle purchase experience I've had. Something that is typically a negative experience for me was actually painless and straightforward which I would attribute to the people at Grand. We dealt primarily with Brock who easily went above and beyond what I expected. Including touching up some cleaning that the detailer missed around the rear window he noticed after the purchase was completed and we were ready to drive off the lot. I actually said don't worry about it but he insisted on making it right which is something that is pretty rare in customer service these days. We dealt with Blake to a lesser extent, but he was fair and easy to work with. I didn't feel like I was being manipulated with sales tactics at any point. These guys were very helpful when I "broke down" in their driveway. Had a small carb fire and they quickly leant me a fire extinguisher to prevent a total catastrophe. They pushed my van up into their back lot, and let us leave it to get parts, return and repair!!!

Looking for excellent repair service? THIS IS IT!!! They excel in repair, customer communication and price. My vehicle called for a part exclusively for make and model, and though it took a couple of weeks to locate, they researched until they found it. The price was unbeatable, which allows me to keep my car and not have to look for another. Tara and Kevin are stars amongst their crews. I really can't imagine very much dissatisfaction for their service and if you did experience some, please try again, their hard work truly makes for a very happy customer!!
