Great customer service when our tire blew as we were driving cross country. They were very knowledgeable about their products and helped me find the best deal for my needs. I have been going to discount tires for years and this is, by far, the best customer service I have ever received.
Excellent service. Was dropping car off at 530 for service the next day. Was asked if I could wait 18 minutes and they would install the 4 new tires now. Everyone in the shop jumped in and got to work. Great teamwork!
I was on a trip from Denver to Illinois. I stopped to eat and noticed I had a nail in one of my tires. I Googled a Discount Tire near me. There was a store in Grand Island, Nebraska nearby. The salesperson, Michael TS, employee 713, was able to repair my tire and get me on the road again within 30 minutes. Very thankful for the help of him and his staff. That's why I've been buying tires from Discount for over 40 years!
