Had some problems with my car, thanks to winter of course. But everyone here made sure to help! They recommended a great tow truck company, the gentleman was very sweet and helpful. And once my car was there they called and updated me on prices, and what they found. But my favorite part was the girls on the front desk as they went into every detail with prices and estimates of things that needed to be done. I already plan on going back to get some more things fixed and will be taking my car here more often.
Plane and simple....there awesome
We recently took in our Prius for repairs. Jacob Adams was our service advisor. I am so glad we got to work with him while in this process. He was able to explain things to me in a way I could understand and allowed us to choose the options that worked best for us. He was very kind and his demeaner was genuine and caring. With how crazy this world is, and adding on the stress of car repairs, it was a breath of fresh air to have someone so nice and honest to work with.
