I had a great experience buying my new half ton Ram truck at Minot Automotive . The staff was very accommodating and professional, as we made our vehicle choice amongst the vast inventory they have. Our sales representative (Austin) and finance manager (Jordan) thoroughly went over the vehicle options and financing options. If you are looking to buy a vehicle, I would recommend stopping by Minot Automotive.

I would give a 0 if I could. Service department is super unorganized. My brand new car has a warranty issue. The dealership told me to just do an insurance claim through my personal insurance to fix their issue. They have had my car 3 days so far with their only statement being said is I'm sorry. No rental car was availiable and I was told good luck getting home. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Update: after them taking 3 more days to fix my car. It still leaks, there is greasy handprints all over and they broke my car. Update #2: they have taken my car for the 4th time to get fixed. See last picture of why. They will open up the showroom doors and sell you a car no problem but when if comes to fixing them, they have no experience or accountability. I asked if they could guarantee no mold in my car and Lisa said "I am not God I cant guarantee anything. " My car is wrecked because of the service center.

I lost my last vehicle in an accident with a speeding UPS driver Dec 2022. The kids and I loved that SUV and I had it paid way down. I had a silly dream of getting a small custom paint job on it once I paid it off.
