They are fixing my vehicle. I have received updates on the progress. I got my vehicle back and had to leave to go back home the next day. I live 6 hours away and needed to have my car fixed so I could leave. When I got home I noticed that there was some orange peel looking paint. I called and they said they would fix it when I came back to town. They kept thier word. It is now 3 months later and I came back to see family and I stopped in and they got me in and fixed my car. Even on short notice the day before a holiday weekend. They even buffed out a little mark that had nothing to do with the original fix. Thank you for being so helpful.

The staff at John's Auto Body were personable, genuine and really worked to help me get my vehicle repaired and covered by my insurance claim. At the end of the day John's Auto Body literally saved the day in helping me resolve the conflict and disagreement with my insurance company following the complications that resulted from Jerome's Collision Center. I took my vehicle in to Jerome's for an initial evaluation and explained it was for a 3-car accident that had occurred the month prior on the highway in Denver before I moved to Minot and transported my vehicle here on a trailer. The representative at Jerome's told me they would submit their inspection for comprehensive repairs of all damage. A short time later, USAA contacted me and let me know the claim evaluation was submitted and approved, but when I looked at the authorized work it was less than 25% of what was on the copy of the inspection write-up that I received. with USAA and finally found out that a modified version of the

They did great work. I had to point out one thing that needed fixed, wasnt really completed but the paint and body work turned out amazing. If I didnt notice the defect in the paint they should have caught I would give 5 stars.
