Went in a week before July 4th 2021 and was told they were busy and I'd get a call to schedule a time to drop off my vehicle. 2 weeks later still no call so I called back and was told it would be another 3-4 weeks and they didn't even bother to see if my name was in the system. This is poor business practices and I will not go back. My main issue is I spoke to someone face to face, not on the phone and they took down my information and then did absolutely nothing about it.
Great customer service!.Dropped my 1987 chevy Monte Carlo off to get my a/c fix and now it’s blowing like a new car.He kept me updated on the parts and communicated the whole time.
This family own shop has the best team around. They're honest, fair, and worth the drive. I go out of my way to visit them. The service and professionalism can not be beat.
