I have moved out of the area several times and anytime I need work on my vehicle I find a way to get it to this place. This place is a hidden gem. The service is always spectacular, and they are always very efficient and affordable. Miranda is also very friendly, helpful, kind, and very efficient. My car is currently being worked on by this shop and I know they will take good care of me and my vehicle. Thanks you all! I appreciate you all!

I called Ralph’s this morning with a very tall order: I needed my alternator replaced in order to leave for a road trip tomorrow. I spoke with David, who was very kind and professional, and he said that while they probably couldn’t get to it today, they could fix it first thing tomorrow morning and to bring the car over today just in case they were able to start on it. Well, I received the call this afternoon that my car was fixed and ready for pickup. I was blown away! They also made sure to look over everything else, as they knew I would be traveling. I am very grateful for all their help. Ralph’s will get my business every time going forward. Highly recommend!

I took my truck in and the mechanic said he replaced my brakes and rotors but actually did not this place is a scam and will rip you off. Do not go here. Ralph the owner even knew that the mechanic was doing this. I paid 500$ for work that never evening got done. Took it to another mechanic and they did it right for me. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL SCAM YOU. I also tried to call and talk to them about it and they hung up on me multiplie times. Services: Auto brake repair, Brakes, Auto brake replacement, Oil change
