Steve and Tom are amazing. On our way back up to Pennsylvania, we hit something awful on I-95 and it popped my tire. They were able to help me out and had the forthough to order a tire ahead of time, just in case a tire patch wasn't going to work. very shortly after realizing a new tire was needed, they help me and my family out, going above and beyond showing hospitality to us even giving our puppy water. While they were quite busy throughout the day, they never allowed it to affect their commitment to customer service. While this part of our trip was unexpected, I am grateful to Pridgen Tire for helping us out.
Most honest auto shop there is! So thankful to have a shop you can trust to tell you exactly what you need and not rip you off.
These guys were great! We had a tire issue on our trip home. I called in the morning and they ordered the tire, which came that afternoon. They had me in and out in less than an hour.
