A complete disaster. Even knowing that they have inadequate staff and no one scheduled to work. They continue to make appointments. We wanted to get new tires before beginning a trip on Friday. When we arrived for our 10 AM appointment to buy and install a set of 4 tires. The bays were dark....no one was scheduled to work today. They brought in an employee who was taking a test at the store to handle the growing line of customers. But for safety reasons there had to be 2 people in the repair area. There must have been 30+ employees in the store, but couldn't find anyone to simply be there for compliance with the 2 person rule. A woman with a flat tire had been waiting since 9:30. A man arrived at 10 with a leaking tire. Around10:15 Michelle came down to check people in for service. At 11:45 the man's tire had been fixed and our car was pulled into the bay. I called and had an Assistant Manager come down....he had seen the problem and left at 10:15. I expressed disappointment with
