My front bumper had to be replaced twice due to improper fitting. Gerber acknowledged the issue and scheduled a time to have it replaced each time. On the last repair, Gerber fixed it in a timely manner and the bumper fit perfectly for my vehicle. Gerber stands behind their work whole-heartedly. Along with that, the staff are very kind and professional. Thank you!

Our experience was the worse ever, it took a month to do the repairs that they could which was not much our car is still not finished they referred us to another sister Gerber collision company where we live to finish the job I'm so dissatisfied, and the kicker was we had to pay our deductible to this place. There is a part under the car that goes across the front the piece is lose and pointing towards the front of the car.
