Used Torque Automotive for a routine oil change. I had a scheduled appointment and received a reminder message prior to appointment. Oil change was in a timely manner. Great customer service. I will definitely use them again. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great experience overall. Have been going there for a few years, and they never fail to impress. This service was to solve a cylinder in my F-250 not firing properly. They found that the wiring harness to cylinder 8 injector had been chewed through by a rodent (guess I'm not driving it enough). They sent me an estimate for my approval showing exact problem and cost, and fixed it quickly once I’d approved. They’ve proven themselves to be honest, trustworthy and fairly priced time and again. The shop is VERY clean, and every person I’ve ever engaged with is helpful and friendly. I also love the fact that they offer a broad range of technical expertise for my German cars as well. Torque isn’t the workshop closest to me, but they are worth going out of my way for. Thanks to Simon and the gang for setting and maintaining such high standards. I’ve been taking my Porsche to Torque for years and my dad took his for years before me. Simon and his team are truly the best! They’re honest, approachable, and make what can sometimes be an intimidating process seem easy. It’s hard to find trustworthy people to take care of your car, but look no further - Torque’s got you covered. Chrissy, one of their service managers, is exceptionally knowledgeable and kind. Thank you for all you did to coordinate service on my car, Chrissy, and thank you for your honest advice! I’ll only ever take my Porsche to Torque.
