Would give them more stars if I could. Beth was amazing! Went in to get a damaged rear bumper and trunk lid fixed and the repairs look great and were completed timely. They worked with the insurance company on supplements and worked with the Enterprise off Capital. They organize to have someone pick you up and then pick up the car when you get yours back- so helpful to have that sorted out. Really happy to have found such a great body shop! My car was hit in its second accident in less than six months. I should have brought my car to Foster's the first time because there was a night and day difference in experience. Everyone was so kind and knowledgable at Fosters. They were communicative and I never felt like I needed to track down information. I backed my mothers car into my suv and scratched and dented the drivers side front bumper. I called Fosters and had an appointment to have the damages reviewed. I got the estimate and a date to bring it over to get it fixed. The morning I was to bring it over, I was very stressed and in a rush and I scratched the drivers side door on the way out of my garage. When I arrived, I explained to Beth what had happened. She told me she would have the repair men look at the new damage and they would provide an estimate. She also said they would do everything they could to buff it out, no cost, but seeing that the scratch went through the paint she couldn’t make any promises. After a few weeks at their shop, Beth called me to let me know the vehicle was ready. She said the repair men did everything they could on the damage I had done on the day of my appointment. She mentioned repairing it would have cost around $2000. I arrived to pick up the vehicle and the damage I paid for had been fixed.
