Integrity! What more can I say. Matt is as honest as they come. There was an issue that happened while making a repair on our Lexus that accidentally damaged another part of our vehicle that was not obvious until later after we had pickup it up. When we approached Matt about it he did not discount us or what we said. Instead he looked into it and found the part that had been damaged while working in the vehicle by one of his employees. You see Matt has developed a culture in his shop with his employees that no matter what the problem is that the employee won’t be back charged or penalized. Without this culture I don’t feel the problem would have ever been able to be identified. Not only did Matt personally fix the problem himself without any expense to us(it was a very expensive part) he also called us an Uber and offered to get us a rental car. Matt and his crew are professional, personable, and transparent. They can fix just about anything that is mechanically wrong with any car! The service is more than worth the price and at times, the wait. If you like to be kept in the loop throughout the entire repair process, this is definitely your place!

After bringing my 3-year-old vehicle to a local dealership for some service, the A/C stopped working. When I brought it back to them, they were unable to provide a clear explanation of what was wrong but the recommended service would cost $2k. I decided to get a second opinion and I'm so glad I did! I contacted Matt's Auto Shop ahead of time about the situation, and Matt's response was quick, courteous, and professional. I brought in my vehicle at his recommended time and despite how busy it was, I didn't have to wait too long while they diagnosed my vehicle. They were able to provide a clear and honest explanation of what they found, welcomed me back if I were to have further trouble, and most importantly treated me with respect. I can't tell you how many times other places have talk down to me or were unable to explain what was going on. I've even been dismissed or forgotten when I tried to give them my business! It shouldn't be this hard to find good customer service and I'm so glad
