Update Sept 2022: AutoTek saved the day today for me when my car wouldn't start. Brian and his team had me on the road again within the hour, including a solution to get my car to his shop. I HIGHLY recommend calling AutoTek if you find yourself in a similar situation! I used AutoTek to repair my wife's car door and the experience was great. They were easy to work with, fast to get me a quote, affordably priced, and did the work quickly and as promised. Most importantly, they did it right. I would highly recommend them! Service: Battery

Honest, organized shop. They got me in quickly and communicated well about prices and the repair. They replaced a CV axle assembly. They figured out that a clamp from another system fell and lodged itself near the boot, which caused the hole in the boot. They repaired the clamp too.

I have gone to many auto shops around the Triangle with disappointment but the crew at AutoTek exceeded my expectations. I came in with a shake and a rattle and a guess of what it could be but im no mechanic. Instead of taking MY word for it they thoroughly checked my car for the rattle and found a tiny metal clip and a loose bolt causing the noise. They made sure everything else was secure. They also let me know my brakes and rotors needed to be replaced and recommended to do so before my long-distant drive (the shake). Most places seem to do the bare minimum but I left AutoTek feeling safe and confident that everything i needed done was addressed! This will be our go to place moving forward!
