Chapel Hill Tire - Crabtree Valley Mall

Great experience for all wheel alignment in my Tesla. Easy to schedule, great service and communication. My tires are nearing end of life but they did not try to sell me new tires right now - just said we should keep a watch on them. I will definitely return when it is time to buy!

I had called around to a few businesses inquiring about installing a leveling kit and upper control arms on my truck. Ultimately I chose Chapel Hill Tire because they reminded me much of how I would conduct service when I was previously a service advisor. They kept in touch and even had a few hiccups that they were more than willing to correct and took ownership of, which I really appreciate. Everyone of the front end staff members were super understanding and had excellent customer service. The service manager even got involved and was awesome to work with as well. The facility is very nice and I would most certainly consider it a dealer alternative with good amenities. Great location as well and convenient to the mall. The pricing and service was fair but the customer service was AMAZING so for that 5/5 stars! This is definitely somewhere I would consider taking your vehicle to and somewhere I would even consider working after graduating school. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Customer service is top priority at this business. From the onset, I obtained a speedy appointment, they addressed my specific situation; and, provided shuttle service while automobile was serviced. Should you prefer waiting; the waiting area is most pleasant and has a calming effect. I can, also, recommend their car detailing. You won’t go anywhere else once you use their service.
