Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

Terrible customer service!!! Walked in at 5, they close at 7, told the guy at the counter that my tire had a bad leak and wondered if they could check it for a nail or screw. He replied that his employees left in 3 mins and he couldn’t get to it until tomorrow. I then told him how bad the leak was and that it was an emergency which he huffed and replied that he “didn’t get paid to do that”! Don’t go to Mr Tire drive 10 mins down the road to Discount Tire where they always take great care of their customers!!

Mike worked me in very quickly for my yearly inspection. The team was incredibly fast and efficient. Mike was very friendly and personable. While I’ve never had a negative experience at any of the Mr Tire locations, this was the best. Thank you!!!

Blew a tire after dropping family off at the airport. Three hours from home, I show up with a doughnut right before closing. They were so nice! They changed out my tire in 30 minutes so I didn't have to hobble home on a spare. Can't thank them enough!
