The customer service was outstanding! I just got an oil change, but I use 100% synthetic and it was only $60! (I’ve been quoted ~$100+ everywhere else!) They added air to my tires and explained they couldn’t rotate them this visit because the tread was so low on the front tires, as well as the issues it will cause/is starting to. They tried to work with me on new tire prices, but it just wasn’t in my budget for the day. I will definitely be contacting them ASAP to get the front tires! If you’ve been putting off any of your vehicle upkeep, I HIGHLY recommend you contact NTB! They will do everything in their power to work with your budget, with a smile & no judgement! (I’d also like to add, when I told them it wouldn’t work, budget wise, they didn’t keep hounding me!! Lord knows how annoying that can be - especially when you just don’t have it!) I stopped in to have my squeaky brakes checked. They explained the problem and were able to get the needed parts and fix my vehicle in no time. Very impressive ! Maarja Utno was so helpful and very knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend them. I will be going back for future needs!
