Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I had no problems. I went to to have the oil change and get a quick lube. Well they advertise they have quick lube they don't. That's like false advertisement

Been coming here for years, but came on a Thursday at 3:30 pm, pulled up and the bays were open, woman comes out says she’s the only one there. Ok, I begin to back up and a large bearded man walks up saying Bay 2 open, she proceeds to motion him to hide inside behind the counter I guess. I understand wanting to cut out early, but you got to be kidding me. Never going back, which is a shame they have always been great, I recommend the oil change spot near Lowes.

I took my car there To get a simple a simple oil change. The workers did not tell me i had an oil leak. Took it there 2 days later after all the oil i payed for drained completely out of my vehicle. Spoke to the manager (old black guy) he was no help at all and had an attitude and was very unprofessional. I will never take my vehicle there again after spending 1,000s of dollars with them. Do not take your vehicle here. Take the trip and go literally anywhere else ! ???? Service: Oil change
